hello, sorry i haz been missing but mom is busy and she isn't always available when I am...so I haz to work on her schedule, which I don't like cause she is never available. What does she haz like a job or somefing, nuffin is more important dan my bloggie, but she no listen. Anyway...I need to send a big shout out and Happy Birthday to my doggy daddy Rocky...

Boo update

Boo's paw look pawfect, she is doing a great job of keeping it clean and it is healing nicely....mom is very happy about dis.

I may or may not have ANNOYED daddy all day while mom got in some much needed and well deserved sleep. Daddy had the day off...and it was a good day to have off too...why????

Becaused it SNOWED!!!!!

We got about a foot of snow and as you can imagine dad was NOT happy! He is a snow HATER. I LOVE da snow, what is his problem? I don't get it SNOW is wonderful! Snow is pawsome, i can run and jump and play in it....but da most fun is turning it YELLOW!!!!
Mom slept because her ankle was bothering her and she had to work the nioght before and last night....but she is on her days off now so I can drag her out into da snow...yes drag her...cause she no move to quick on dat busted ankle of hers...daddy calls her his gimpy girl....I can't write what mom calls daddy, BOL.

Monday...Not a fun day

Mom and daddy volunteer their time every Monday to the local school and serve lunch to the elementary students.....
This Monday started off as any other Monday..then came the stairs.....dun dun dun...
Mom slipped on sand and hurted her ankle really bad. She can't drive or put weight on it for 2 weeks and cannot run for 6 weeks, dis does not make for a happy mommy at all...she is miserable and pissed...umm I mean very angry. Dad was not pleased to see mommy sitting on da ground and knew when she didn't get up it was bad....da nurse at da ER took off moms shoe and said " oh, that doesn't look good at all, lets get you right to
 x-ray" Mom knew things were going down hill fast at the comment. Mom HATES her crutches, she despises dem. Thankfully I iz giving her lots of snuggles to make her feel better, she really like dat, specially when my thumping tail lands on her ankle...she really loves dat...not so much!

Papa Update

Mom took papa to the hospital for his biopsy and it was NEGATIVE!!! Woot woot dis means der is NO REJECTION...no rejection to his new heart...how cool is dat? So papa got a clean bill of health from his transplant doctors. Dey don't go back now until September for his 2 year checkup. Woohoo!!!!!

Nuffin.....

There was a whole lot of nuffin going on toady. Daddy did not have overtime at da prison so he was home all day, which allowed mommy to get some much needed sleeps. She was very cranky dis morning, but she was better after getting in her sleeps. Daddy on the other hand played wif us all day. I got to play wif bof Boo and Sandy. Oh on a quick update....Boo is feeling much better, her paw is healing nicely and she actually engaged in and initiated play...mom was so relieved to see her playing again....and it was friendly play too, she did not try and eat me, not even once. Me and Sandy always play nice, however we like to get really physical and knock dad's 'puter off da coffee table....but mom didn't hear any yelling so we did not do that today.

St Paddy's Day

Happy St. Paddy's Day!!!!

Did we were green? NO! 

Did we partake in green beer? NO!

Did we go to the vet? YES!!!!

Boo has an owie on her paw and mom was very worried it wasn't going to heal and/or it was going to get infected. The vet was very nice and said it was clean and healthy, no signs of infection. She did give mom a very powerful cayenne pepper no lick medicine to put on it to actually keep her from licking her owie, 

so far it is working nicely, no licking all day.

Mom

Mom has been sick now for about 8 days...Papa says it needs to run its course so she should be better in about a day or two....she is going to the gym everyday hoping to sweat out the yuckiness but its not working so I iz going to try a new tactic ...I iz going to cuddle and snuggle wif her because I know my snugginess will make her feelz all better. I am da bestest snuggliest pup der iz, and I just know I can make her feel better, now I just need daddy to get out of my way and works my magic...I will keep you updated as to my progress...she should be better in no time....here goes nuffin.....

Not a Happy mommy

Mommy works midnights and would enjoy getting 8 hours of sleep a night, however she settles for sometimes 4 maybe 5 hours. She really gets angry when Boo decides to bark her fool head for no apparent  reason...(I may or may not have joined her in da barking cause I fout we was protecting da house)...mom was not pleased,moved or happy wif dis decision.

I was CRATED!!!!!

Mom went to the Bruins Game tonight with daddy and Bryan….

before the game they went to Boston Burger Company for dinner. Normally they don’t eat like this but it ws a night out in Boston and they had prepared for the dinner …as in all the damn workouts they have been putting in all week...

(resulting in more crate time)

Mom enjoyed and I do mean she throughly enjoyed her “Artery Clogger Burger” a deep fried burger with bacon, and cheese…yum-deli-iscious!

Daddy had the Hawaiian Bruger…burger,ham,pineapple and teriayki sauce

Bryan had “The King Burger”…burger with peanut butter, bacon and fried bananas…

he loved it, said the combination was delicious.

They also shared the most delicious basket of garlic parmasean cheese fries…scrumptious!

Wanna know what they brought me home????

NUFFIN!!!!

That's right NUFFIN, but daddy did make us some nice hamburger to sprinkle over our crunchies...it may or may not have made up for the epic failure to bring us home sumfin...I hasn't decided yet, maybe a munchkin or 6 will satisfy me...HMM???

Dad is da man...

Omg dad is da man, he managed to get us out from under all da snow we got yesterday in record time. Mom loves da snow but dad has just about had it and if I had to guess he is rather PO 'd about it right now.
In other news I is going back to the crate on Saturday because somehow daddy managed to score and extra Boston Bruins ticket so now mommy iz going to the game too.....hey lady I no like da crate so why not stay HOME!!!!

3 days

Da mommy haz 3 whole days off to snuggle and cuddle wif us....she haz Friday, Saturday and Sunday off, woot woot.
 Sandy haz gone off to her spa day..she getting a mani/pedi, cut and dry..she loves her pampering day.
Boo is having a lazy day and I am, well driving my mom crazy...I love to drive her nuts.

Ebby

My bloggie friend Ebby had a not nice experience getting her nails clipped yesterday, she bled. I feel so bad for her because I remember when my Boo had a bad nail clipping experience and she bled, to this day she won't go near the place that hurt her. She now goes to PetSmart and gets her mani/pedi there (nail filing,no clipping). She loves the people and da pampering...she gets her nails done, ears cleaned, teeth brushed and when finished they give her a squirt of doggy perfume, she comes home happy and smelling good.
So I is sending hugs, cuddles and snuggles to my furend Ebby to heal quickly.
....Ebby tell Bruschi to share his treats wif you, you deserve extra ones for pain and suffering...maybe a prime spot on da new King size bed.

daddy ...

Daddy is turning 40 in June and mom wants to take him on a little getaway....We need suggestions people...where to go, what to do....and NO we are not going with them, sumfin about dis being 2 legged adventure. Mom was thinking about going to Florida for a weekend getaway to see the Tampa Bay Rays and Red Sox play baseball in July...or out to Las Vegas or oh she has no clue and is looking for so helpful ideas.Can you help us, thanks.

Not much

Not much haz been going on here...really nuffin exciting anyways. Mom is working and taking care of us during da day and daddy haz us at night ...daddy worked overtime all weekend sumfin about wanting da new Dyson Animal-ball Vacuum..ahh dads we has a Dyson Animal Vacuum...why you want another one. Oh dis one is 6 years old and needs to be referred to as "da back up" oh now I getz it...*shanking head. So he working overtime to pay for it so he doesn't haz to use house money. Mom had da weekend off and dat meant she was home at night in da big bed...i love you mom but you should not be allowed to sleep in da big bed when daddy and Boo are also in it cause I get pushed, growled and made to sleep on da doggy bed on da floor..I DON"T LIKE DIS...you need to only sleep during da day when Boo doesn't get territorial about you and da bed!!!! I hate da floor. 

Blood

Did I scare you??? No its da good kind of blood...mommy gave hers away as in donated her blood to help save a life. Now I fink mom is wonderful and pretty special for donating her blood to save ottas but what I didn't know was mom has signed us pups up to be Blood donors too. Ahh mom, has you seen da needle dey are going to use on your precious pooch? Da fing iz HUGE! So we are going to be blood donors to help pups in our area...we donate every 4 months and as our incentive ...we get free vaccinations and annual check ups. (mom kinda likes dis bonus)

*Daddy gives us cookies every time we go outside, we may or may not be playing him to get MORE cookies

*Daddy loves us but gets annoyed by the amount of times we go outside...especially in the snowy frozen tundra we apparently moved to

*Daddy gives us hugs and kisses when he thinks mom isn't looking because he needs to appear MANLY

*Daddy spoils us rotten when mom is not around

*Daddy is King, hahahaha even I had to laugh as I pawed it, hhahahaha

*Daddy won't admit it, but we get away wif everything on his watch, shh no tell mommy

Riley came home in a whole new way yesterday....mom had his paw print made into a bead for her Chamilia bracelet and it is gorgeous. She could not have asked for a more perfect gift. She had it made at 4pawsforever.org     They do beautiful work beginning with the packaging....

Super Bowl

Mom dis all da cooking or da Super Bowl and Puppy Bowl today...she made a delicious pepperoni Stromboli and some Mexican turkey nachos and chilled sa shrimp for daddy's shrimp cocktail. It was delicious what I gotz of it, which let me tell you was not much.All in all it was a good game wif great food...mom slept fru da whole game, somefin about having to work after da game, but oh guess what she is off on Monday and Tuesday dis week so I getz to have her all to myself,well I will share her wif SandyBeans and BooBoo...but daddy iz worken so she iz all ours...dat is until daddy getz home, love you daddy.

Mom is not happy she said something tonight about getting even more snow in da morning. She and daddy I fink have had just about enough of da white stuff, me on da otta hand loves dis stuff. I love to play and jump and just,... well be a pup.

I have pictures of the snow storm, what I don't have is a mommy who wants to post them....no she would rather be sleeping, and boy does she need her sleep. Mom is back on her days working which means "let da woman SLEEP!" she is miserable to deal with if she does not get her beauty sleep. Oh hi mommy, I woof you.....anyway i should have the pictures up in a day or two. Mom and daddy are getting their taxes done tomorrow and let me show you 2 fings dey said dey are getting wif der refunds...

da new Bob o pedic bed for my sleeping comfort...I may let the dem on, sometimes

and da new dryer...nothing fancy...

Mom says she is done with paint cans.....PAINT CANS you ask? You see the dryer on/off push button broke about 3 yrs ago and well mom is cheap...they said it would cost about $150 to fix, mom said thanks but NO!!! So she is really smart...she took a full paint can and placed it against the button to keep the dryer on, then when an hour was up she would go and remove the paint can and take out the dry clothes, however nice as this solution is it has its drawbacks... the main one being....the dryer would run forever until you removed the paint can, and as we have noticed mom likes or needs her sleep so a couple of times she may or may not have fallen asleep with the dryer on only to wake 6 hours later with it still running....she is done with this now and is going to invest in a new dryer...dad LOVES this idea...National Grid, our electric company I am guessing is not going to LOVE this idea as we will be sending them less money for less energy used.

Snow

Mom is not happy and daddy is downright pitted off..(mom sez no bad words, so deal wif pitted off) We iz getting about 25+ inches of snow over the next 48 hours she really not happy about dis. I will make her take pictures so dat i can document it here on my bloggie...The great Blizzard of 2011 ... I will have pictures up later...for now know mom iz crying in her WW coffee cake....BTW these things are delicious...oh I mean they look delicious because lordy knows I do not get tasty treats anymore cause mom says diet food is limited to her and her only....little does she know dad slips me a bite or two every now and then, and they are PUPPERLICIOUS.

Hello...

OMD, I have been on here everyday for three days this must be a record for me...Riley used to do it, but I don't think I have ever been so dedicated to it before...I think the fear of mommy actually taking it over has scared the blogger in me. Mom says we have some things coming up in a few days...Hmmm I wonder if she is taking about the 20+ inches of snow we are slated to get on Tuesday and Wednesday or could she mean we have a lot of complaining coming up from daddy when he finds out we are getting all the snow. Mom is sure he is going to complain and he is going to be very vocal about it...I really don't think it`s fair because daddy never lets me get vocal and when I do I get a very stern waring to zip it. I just voicing my OPINION daddy dude, geesh. So I hope that's what mom is talking about because I really don't want to hear the V word as in VET...I think that is a ways off but you never now....I gonna have to consult my calendar, but I don't fink i has any vet appointments booked...hey you're not neutering me are you? I kinda like my parts, all of them to be exact...Oh I was very good today...I let mommy sleep all afternoon and I didn't wake her once...no not once. I hung out wif daddy and I make him take me outside all day because hey who doesn't like peeing for a treat.Boo was mean to me today she chased me off da bed and mom was scared because I fell funny, she didn't like the way my legs landed and said I got up wif a limp, but I was fine wif in 20 seconds cause I was back chasing Boo around the living room....she may not like me, but I love her.

Dad

Dis post id dedicated to daddy, sometimes he kinda gets a bad rap but he is da bestest daddy in da whole world. My daddy is a Corrections Officer at the states worst prison...he has really bad men there, some you may have heard of Adam Lane (killed many women up and down the coast) and Neil Entwistle (the Brit who killed his wife and 9month old daughter and fled to England) yeah he deals wif really bad men. Mom and daddy met in prison they were officers together back in 2000 before mom left for the police dept....Oh yeah back to daddy...he is 39, though he will tell you there is NO WAY he is turning 40 this year, mom says he can't add because he was born in 1971 and its 2011 meaning anyway you add it up dad is turning 40! Daddy is in denial...he will get over it soon we hope. Anywhoozzles dad had both his hips replaced back in May 2008, he is doing great and is back to 100% again, he can do everything he did before and then some because he is no longer in pain....sometimes mom wishes he wasn't cause that man can run you ragged. He is non stop now that the hippers are brandy shiney new. Dad is a very loving gentle giant, however I tend to press his buttons...I love to get him going or as mom sez, keep him on his toes. He is so easy to get riled up, its so funny to watch because he will never tell me no...I love dis about him, he is da bestest dady. He gives me treats and feeds me table scraps when mom is not looking, she is like the warden in our house...she is all business when it comes to our health, dad is too but mashed potatoes never hurt anyone. Mom loves us so  much but she just making sure we are healthy and live long time to aggrivate daddy I fink.

Mom sez I get to jump on and give an update...I has no idea what she is talking about, I have no new updates...I finking finking...hmmm I don't fink anyfing new has been happening...???? Oh I must tell you one fing...Papa made da most delicious pineapple upside down cake eva...OMD it was so good...daddy ate almost half by himself, but he told mommy he shared wif us so he didn't look like a piggy but guess what, we did not get any from him, mom shared not daddy, so...dad the jig is up, I'm told mom, hahaha...deal wif it dude, you busted.
Oh mom iz on dis new workout kick she doing a shred workout...she loves it but when she iz finished she is red, and I mean she is really red in da face...however she was dancing around da house like a mad women yelling, and I do mean yelling "they fit, they fit" as in her new much smaller size jeans...I guess dis is a good fing. I not sure I like her on her new diet...she sez she only gets limited food so she doesn't have any left for me...

Secret Kibble

Ok, now I knows I am a puppy but dis sissy Sandy is giving me a run for my money...she never stops. Mom says its da puppy in us but I fink mom is secretly putting puppy crack in her kibble, cause no dog has dis much energy, not even me....wonder puppy. I really fink I gonna need a hit of her kibble if I am expected to keep up wif her, I mean really....just a hit, please.....
Mom  just a little nibble, I know its baked into da Cookie Fairy's Cookies...she calls it all natural ingredients, but I know the truth it's "PUPPY CRACK"

Happy New Year....2011 BETTER be better than 2010. I just sayin...

Christmas...

Sorry to be a scrooge this year, Christmas cards are late and nothing is done and yes I know it is Christmas Eve but mom has been in a funk this year and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. See this is the first Christmas without her baby Riley and she is not taking it very well. Riley used to get up on Christmas morning and give her kisses and she would take him for a walk and they would have mommy/Riley time...it was their tradition then they would come in and get all the presents out for the other pups. Mom has lost her buddy and she is lonely. So Merry Christmas and Happy New Year....the cards are in the mail.....

I know I haz not been around but mom was on vacation and I did my best to annoy her, I mean occupy her time. We have had mom and daddy home all week and its been great, daddy really loves being home with us 24/7...no really. Yeah not so much sez mom, we really keep him on his toes, literally we iz always barking to go outside and daddy just loves it, NOT!!!!!

Vacation

mom iz on vacation for the first 18 days of the month...and we are making sure she getz nothing done. Boo ripped open her paw pad and is on her medicine dat makes her have to go pee every hour, and I decided she was getting all the attention so i woke her at 3am by puking in my crate..i was good, i didn't get sick on da bed or in da carpet, i went into the crate and did my puking...dad sez it was easy clean up. Mom had all kinds of plans made but he gave dem all up to be home for us and to give us extra cuddles while we are not feeling well.
